Play online
One of you bats while the other bowls, then you swap. Both games play the same match, ball by ball.
A friend
Make a room and send the link, or read out the room code. Pick a Super Over, T5 or T10, and your sides. Friend rooms are always open.
Quick match
Play the next person waiting for a game of the same length. It needs someone else searching at the same time; while the beta is small, a friend room is the surest way to get a game.
Live 1v1
On the Ladder (T10) and in the Weekend Series (T20), Live 1v1 puts your Ranked XI against another manager's for the same points as a game against the computer. The server checks that both games finished with the same result before it counts.
Your Ranked XI is built in the transfer market, with the league or with other managers, and picked under a cap that's the same for every club, with chemistry and roles of your choosing. The better-built side wins, not the bigger spender. How the Ranked XI works, and step by step, how to find a Live 1v1.
Fair play
- Online goes up to T20, so a match fits in one sitting.
- Leaving a match under way costs coins, and in Live 1v1 it counts as a loss.
- Leave often and quick match and Live 1v1 close to you for a day or two. Friend rooms stay open.
- Names a player has edited are shown to the other side as the game's own names.
How it connects
The two games talk to each other directly, so there's less delay. Our server only finds the match and checks the result. What it keeps, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
During the beta
Online play is part of the closed beta. Each beta player can invite a friend with a link that gives them a place.
